We currently deliver throughout the UAE. Delivery to other GCC countries may be available for selected products. Please contact us before placing an international order.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on product availability and destination:
- In-stock products within the UAE: typically 2–7 business days.
- Special order or made-to-order products: delivery times will be confirmed individually.
- International deliveries: timing depends on destination and customs procedures.

Delivery Charges
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment. From time to time, SpaCorp may offer free delivery promotions on selected products or locations.
Installation
For products that include or require installation, our team or authorized partners will contact you to arrange a suitable installation date. Installation availability may vary depending on location and product type.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect products upon delivery. Any visible damage or missing items should be reported as soon as reasonably possible after receipt.
Delays
While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supplier delays, customs procedures, transportation issues, or force majeure events. SpaCorp shall not be liable for delays caused by such circumstances.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Additional charges may apply if redelivery is required due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
